"Really quick shipping and great packaging"
I ordered from pinkysirondoors.com after seeing a few people mention them, and the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info fast, and it actually showed up right on the day it said it would, which is always a relief.
The packaging was really solid too. No dents, no messed up corners, and everything was wrapped nicely and looked clean when I opened it. I was kind of wondering if others had the same experience, but based on my order, I’m happy with how it all turned out.

"Fit Right In and Looks Really Nice"
When the door showed up, I was a little surprised because it looked better than I expected. Once we got it in place, the fit was right on, and the finish looked clean with no rough spots or weird paint issues. The installer didn’t have to make many adjustments, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Wish I’d upgraded to this door sooner"
I had an iron door from Pinkys installed a few months ago, i kind of regret not doing it earlier. The door feels really solid, especially around the lock area, and there hasn’t been any rattling or looseness so far. It just makes the front of the house feel a lot more secure. Installation went smoothly too. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Warranty support was better than I expected"

I’m happy with my experience with pinkysirondoors.com. I looked around at a few other places first, and to be fair, their pricing seemed reasonable for the quality you get. The door actually feels a bit nicer than I expected for what I paid, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery was fine too, nothing major to complain about. Overall, I think it was a fair deal and I’d be open to ordering from them again...

I was a little nervous about ordering doors online because measurements are such a big deal. If something’s even slightly off, it can turn into a whole hassle quickly.
Pinky’s Iron Doors got it right though. The door fit exactly like we measured, with no weird gaps or extra adjustments needed. Even the installer mentioned how nice it was that the dimensions matched up so well. I’m really happy with how it turned out, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Really good help from the sales team"
I had a few questions before I ordered, and the sales guy got back to me quick, quick enough that I wasn’t left waiting around. He walked me through the options without trying to push the priciest one, which I really appreciated. The price was clear, the timing was clear, and they even helped me double check my measurements since I’m not always great with that stuff. Overall, just really easy, really straightforward, and I felt like they actually looked after me.

The size, the glass, the color, all the tiny little details, it felt like I was designing the grand entrance to a castle, but somehow it was super easy. "Better delivery than I expected"

I ended up browsing pinkysirondoors.com while trying to get ideas for my house, and their designs stood out right away. A lot of doors start to look the same after a while, but these had a little more personality without trying too hard.
I especially liked the black iron details and the glass options. They have that clean, classy look that makes you start picturing where one would go before you even realize you’re seriously considering it.
Just based on the style and overall look, I’d give them 5 stars. Really designs, and definitely nicer than most of the stuff I kept coming across.
